Du kennst das Gefühl von Verwunderung, wenn du einer Person begegnest – egal, ob es ein Kollege, ein Kunde oder ein Partner ist –, die eine Rolle spielt oder die dir durch einen Filter aus Archetypen und Persönlichkeitstypen begegnet. Du stehst da, hast dein Nervensystem und deine Sinne darauf trainiert, der Wahrheit im Moment zu begegnen, auf das zu reagieren, was noch nicht offensichtlich ist, bist überrascht und fragst dich, warum... warum brauchen Menschen dieses Sicherheitsnetz aus Persönlichkeit, Identität und Archetypen? Es ist ein Mangel an Intimität.
Der Mangel an Intimität macht uns unsicher, lässt uns performen oder Situationen erschaffen, in denen wir Macht haben, anstatt uns dem hinzugeben, was noch nicht bekannt ist. Und die Schönheit von wahrem Luxus, wahrer Ekstase, telepathischer Verbindung und tagelangem Flow-Zustand liegt in der Fähigkeit, der Wahrheit ohne Filter zu begegnen und sich dem hinzugeben, was noch nicht bekannt ist. Und das erfordert die Fähigkeit zu ko-kreieren.
Es gibt keinen Führen und keinen Folgen. Es gibt keine Ideologie und keine Religion – nur das Verlangen, die kostbarste Erfahrung zu machen, die du jemals haben kannst. Du kannst sie nicht kaufen, nicht herunterladen, nicht einmal lernen. Aber du kannst die Fähigkeit kultivieren, zu fühlen, zu spüren, über das Offensichtliche hinaus wahrzunehmen, die Worte zwischen den Worten zu lesen, nicht zu reagieren oder zu antworten, sondern zu kreieren.
Und das erfordert die Fähigkeit, zu ko-kreieren und sich dann in der Ko-Kreation zu verlieren. Die Ko-Kreation ist eine Sicherheitsvereinbarung. Das sind wir. Das ist unsere Sehnsucht, unser mystisches Verlangen jenseits unserer Persönlichkeit. Und das ist alles. Nichts weiter. Je weniger Ego, je weniger Identifikation, je weniger wir eine Definition oder Identität brauchen, desto mehr erleben wir das Einfachste, Ekstatische, Außergewöhnliche – ohne das Bedürfnis, außergewöhnliche Situationen oder einen Lebensstil zu erschaffen.
Die reiche, tiefe, nährende, genau richtige Erfahrung von Ganzkörper - Ekstase und Verbundenheit erfordert, dass du mit deinem Feld fühlst was ist. Du kannst nicht mit deinem Feld fühlen, wenn du mit einem Persönlichkeitstyp oder einem Archetyp identifiziert bist. Es gibt ein Leben jenseits der Dualität, jenseits der Metapher, jenseits dessen, wer du bist und was du brauchst.
Sobald du weißt, wer du bist, kannst du die Identität loslassen, indem du deinen Schatten integrierst. Du wirst ruhig. Du reagierst nicht mehr auf das Leben, auf Menschen und Umstände. Und du überwindest die alte Dynamik deines Gehirns, das Schmerz und Befriedigung braucht, um zu überleben. Anstatt zu überleben, beginnst du zu ko-kreieren.
Und Ko-Kreation geschieht im Raum dazwischen – nicht zu viel Schmerz, nicht zu viel Befriedugung. Und es wird zur natürlichsten, erfüllendsten, einfachsten Lebensweise. Für einen Körper, der süchtig nach Triggern, Befriedigung und Schmerz ist, wird sich das anfangs langweilig anfühlen. Denn es ist die Sucht, die uns wichtig, besonders oder lebendig fühlen lässt. Das ist die globale Sucht.
Der Raum dazwischen – wenn Intimität nicht mehr transaktional ist, sondern der Raum dazwischen wird, die Antwort jenseits unseres Überlebens, jenseits der Identifikation mit einer äußeren Person, einem Guru, einem Anführer, einer Religion oder einer Ideologie. Persönlichkeitstypen und Systeme, die dir die Antwort, Orientierung, Mut, Inspiration, Motivation geben.
Stell dir vor, du bist der eine Visionär, der nicht in Überlebensmodus schwingt, sondern intim mit dem Leben, der Seele und dem Körper ist. Stell dir vor, wie es sich anfühlen würde, keinen Workshop zu kaufen oder keinen Mentor zu buchen, der dich bestärkt, dich sieht und dir sagt, wie besonders und anders du bist – nur um dir etwas zu verkaufen. Stell dir vor, dass du nicht von Werbung manipuliert wirst, wie du als Frau in deinen 50ern sein sollst.
Du wirst nicht verführt von: „Oh, du bist noch nicht gut genug, du bist noch nicht perfekt genug. Jetzt ist deine Zeit, Frau!“ Diese Worte sprechen Visionäre nicht an. Diese Worte sprechen Menschen an, die suchen, die noch nicht sich selbst gefunden haben. Es fehlt an Intimität, an dem Wissen, dass jenseits des Überlebensinstinkts Schöpfung existiert.
Doch es liegt in der Natur des Menschen, nach einer Antwort, nach einem Anführer, nach Orientierung zu suchen. Also kannst du Sessions anbieten, die Gold wert sind, die alle Fragen beantworten – und dennoch werden die Menschen weiter fragen und fragen, eine Frage nach der anderen stellen, weil sie sich selbst im Mangel fühlen, weil sie in diesen Zyklus der Sucht hineingezogen werden.
Es ist beängstigend, selbstgeführt zu sein, nicht zu projizieren oder jemand zu sein, auf den andere projizieren. In meiner Arbeit öffne ich einfach einen Raum, und dieser Raum ist leer. Du nährst diesen Raum mit deiner Neugier, mit deinem TURNON. Du nährst diesen Raum mit deiner Aufmerksamkeit, mit deinem Interesse, mit tausendprozentigen Verantwortung – kein Retten, kein Triggern, kein Besonders- oder Wichtigsein, kein Mann oder Frau sein, kein Führen oder Empfangen. Du bist einfach. Neugierig.
Du tust nicht so, als wüsstest du etwas – denn du weißt nichts. Du weißt einfach nicht, was als Nächstes kommt. Das Einzige, was du hast, ist die Fähigkeit, zu lesen, was als Nächstes kommt. Du kultivierst eine Sensibilität für das, was kommt. Du kannst das Außergewöhnliche jenseits des Offensichtlichen lesen.
Es kann sehr, sehr einfach sein und reich, luxuriös, befriedigend, nährend und einzigartig in sich selbst. Das ist eine neue Frequenz – beängstigend für unser Ego und ein spielerischer Raum für unsere Seele.
You know the feeling of pure disgust when you meet a person—no matter if it's a co-worker, a client, or a partner—who is playing a role or who is meeting you through a filter of archetypes and personality types. And you stand there, having trained your nervous system and your senses to meet the truth in the moment, to respond to what is not obvious yet. And you are really surprised, and you wonder why. Why do people need this safety net of personality, identity, and archetypes? It's a lack of intimacy.
The lack of intimacy makes us insecure, makes us perform, or makes us create situations where we can be in power instead of being surrendered to what is not known yet. And the beauty of true luxury, true ecstasy, telepathic connection, and days in flow state is the ability to meet truth without a filter and to be surrendered to what is not known yet. And this requires the ability to co-create with something.
There is no leader and no follower. There is no community, no ideology, and no religion—only the desire to experience the most precious experience you can ever have. You can't buy it, you can't download it, you can't even learn it. But you can cultivate the capacity to feel, to sense, to sense beyond the obvious, to read the words between the words, to not react or respond, but to create.
And this requires the ability to co-create and then lose yourself in the co-creation. The co-creation is a safety agreement. This is who we are, this is our longing, this is our mystical desire beyond our personality. And that's it. Nothing more. The less ego, the less identification, the less we need a definition or identity, the more we experience the simplest, ecstatic, extraordinary—without the need to create extraordinary sensations or a lifestyle.
The rich, deep, nourishing, just-right experience of full-body ecstasy and connection requires that you sense with your field. You cannot feel with your field if you are identified with a personality type or an archetype. There is a life beyond duality, beyond metaphor, beyond who you are and what you need.
So once you know who you are, you can let go of the identity by integrating your shadow. You become calm. You are not reactive to life, people, and circumstances. And you overcome the old dynamic of your brain that needs pleasure and pain to survive. Instead of surviving, you begin to co-create.
And co-creation happens in the space in the middle—not too much pain, not too much pleasure. And it becomes the most natural, fulfilling, simple lifestyle. For a body that is addicted to triggers, pleasure, and pain, this will feel boring in the beginning. Because it is addiction that makes us feel important, special, or alive. This is the addiction on a global level.
The space in the middle—when intimacy doesn’t become transactional anymore but is the space in the middle, the answer beyond our survival, beyond identification with an outside person, guru, leader, religion, or ideology, Personality types and systems that give you the answer, orientation, courage, inspiration, motivation.
Imagine being the one visionary who doesn’t vibrate in survival, but in intimacy with life, soul, and body. Imagine how it will feel not buying a workshop or booking a mentor who is reinforcing you, seeing you, and telling you how special and different you are—just to sell you something. Imagine how you are not manipulated by advertising, how you have to be in your 50s as a woman.
You are not seduced by: "Oh, you are not good enough yet, you are not perfect enough. Now it's your time, woman." These words don’t appeal to visionaries. These words appeal to people who are looking, who are searching, who have not found themselves yet. There is a lack of intimacy, a lack of knowing that beyond the survival instinct, there is creation.
But it is in the nature of humankind to look for an answer, to look for a leader, to look for orientation. So you can promote sessions that are gold, that are answering all your questions, and still, you will ask questions and questions after questions. Because you feel yourself in lack, you are drawn into this cycle of addiction.
And it is scary to be self-led, to not project or be someone who lets others project onto you. In my work, I just open space, and this space is empty. You nourish this space with your curiosity, with your TURNON. You nourish this space with your attention, with your interest, with your one thousand percent Responsibility—no rescuing, no triggering, no being special, important, woman or man, leading or receiving.
You are just curious. You don’t pretend to know one thing—because you don’t. You just don’t know what’s coming next. The only thing you have is the ability to read what’s coming next. You cultivate sensitivity for what is coming next. You can read the extraordinary beyond the obvious.
It could be very, very simple, but rich, luxurious, simple, satisfying, nourishing, and unique in itself. This is a new frequency—scary for our ego and a playful space for our soul.
